This is basically just a normal record of baptism.
Maria Erika was born on 25/8, she was given urgent baptism by a layman the following day 26/8 (normal procedure, if no priest was immediately available).

The mother is Agneta Eriksdotter. All the godparents are listed, those who were present at the urgent baptism and those present now at the confirmatory baptism.
