I've written to the http://suvut.genealogia.fi/tanskanen/ website, with no response. It appears there is no longer a webmaster for the site. I've been told the ancestors of this family had something to to with Saint Olafs castle http://snor.joensuu.fi/olavinlinna/index_english.htm but do not know how true that is!
This is a tough one!
Thank-you,
Denise
