Hello, I'm looking for help in tracing my grandmam's sister Lydia Johanna Helminen, born 9.11.1899 in Ruovesi, Finland. She went in USA 1922, date of arrival: May 12, 1922. Lydia has two children, daughter Daisy (born about 1933, in Minnesota?) and son David (born about 1942 on Minnesota?). About Lydias husband I don't know anyting. Their home address was Airow(?) 559W 18 8st., New York, Ny, USA. I don't know their last names.
My grandmam's brother Eetu Henrik Helminen, born 3.3.1892 Ruovesi, Finland and died 3.1.1949 Alameda, California(?). He was sailing from England 30.4.1912 with S.S. Franconia to Duluth, MN, USA. Eetu has known by Henry E. His wife been called Ida Vuorinen(?) born 2.7.1881 Finland and died 2.7.1971 Niles, Michigan, USA . Their had 3 children, Lily or Lillian, born about 1913, Rulfi or Ralph, born July 24, 1915 Minnesota, died July 2, 1995 Ft. Meyers, Florida, and Clifford, born February 10, 1921 Minnesota, died April 21, 2000 Nilas, Michigan.
I'm grateful for all possible information which can help me to go on further and possible get in touch with their children or other relatives.
