Its a migration document and it says Isak Jacobsson Fors from Rilax, born 13. Dec 1810 in Wörå (Vöyri) came 1846 from Christinestad back to Närpes.
* His skill to read is poor and some other notices from church
* Judged guilty to intoxication and breaking the Sabbath peace 1836 and 1837
* Unmarried

First, I translated the migration document wrongly, Isak Jakobsson came 1846 from Kristinestad to Närpes and moved back to Kristinestad 1849.

Church records (http://digi.narc.fi/digi/view.ka?kuid=6980208) tells that:
* Isak Jacobsson Fors was born 13 Dec 1810 in Vörå (=Vöyri in Finnish), came from Närpes (=Närpiö) 1849, dates on the colums are confessions and remarks-colums is not so sharp, but there's the same story than on the migration document (intoxication...)
* wife Maria Johansdotter was born 13 Aug 1813 in Skrattnäs (farm very near) and came from page 174 (four pages forward)
* Marias daughter Maria Augusta was born 26 Apr 1841 (illegitimate child)
* daughter Johanna was born 8 May 1851
