I would be grateful if anyone had any information on a lady called Dagmar Andersson from Loviisa Finland.
Dagmar had (I believe) three children. Two boys and an older(?) girl. Dagmar was a single mother and gave away the two boys to an orphanage - my father Olof Andersson and his brother Lars Holger Andersson. They may have both been born in Helsinki in 1927 and 1925 respectively (I think). I don't know what happened to the sister.
The only other thing I know is that my father spent time with a couple by the name of Karl and Sigrid Finnberg after he left the orphanage. He was working on a farm owned by Sigrid's brother in Hagalund.
Hope someone can pick up a thread in this short tale. I would dearly like to know who my grandfather was.
